The staff provided a warm welcome, especially upon arrival (the complimentary coffee was a nice touch). I found all the staff to be polite. The room was clean and all the facilities I used functioned correctly. The location is convenient, with the city center within easy reach.
The parking facilities had limited availability. This sometimes made finding a spot challenging. The room could have been warmer (I visited during a colder period). There were narrow stairs , made it hard to get bigger luggage upstairs.

The staff were friendly and helpful. they kindly lent us an iron and ironing board, even delivering it to our room. breakfast was a good experience. I had a great choice of cereals plus a full english option. the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. I found that to be perfect.
the walk into the city center was a little longer than i initially anticipated. the walk took about 10 to 15 minutes.

the location was convenient for accessing the city center. it was about a 15-20 minute walk. the staff were friendly and helpful . breakfast had a wide selection with table service, items cooked to order.
the mattresses in my room felt hard with springs being felt when i laid on them. it sloped downwards , made sleeping quite uncomfortable. i did not sleep very well .

the staff moved us to a more accessible room when they noticed my mobility issues, which i appreciated. breakfast offered many choices and everything tasted fresh. the waiting staff were friendly, i liked that nothing seemed too much trouble for them. the well kept garden and communal areas, specifically the bar and reception, created a cute space.
the shower had slightly low water pressure , but it didn't significantly impact my experience.
